Audrey’s paintings are the result of an exploration of the magic of watercolour as a medium and of the Canadian landscape as a subject. Having been a ‘plein air’ painter for many years, most of the work was done on site, out of doors.
In her painterly style, developed over the past 38 years, Audrey delights in landscapes, florals and non-objective subjects.

ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I paint in a free, clean style with concern for eye movement and colour harmony, often leading you into a painting through sparkling whites which give the work 'room to breathe'". "I feel each painting is a statement in itself, reflecting my joy of painting in the beautiful world we inhabit".  -
